Early Life and Background
Robert W. Jones was born in Fort Worth, Texas. Over the past sixty years, he has lived across various regions of the United States, gaining a wide range of experiences. For the last forty years, Robert has called California home.
Call to Ministry
In 1999, Robert felt a calling to enter the ministry. He founded Powerhouse Christian Ministries, beginning with just seven people—five of whom were family members. Since 2001, Robert has faithfully served as the senior pastor of Powerhouse Christian Ministries.
Spiritual Journey
Although Robert was raised by his Pentecostal grandfather, he spent much of his young adult life distancing himself from God. Eventually, he returned to his faith and recognized his calling to ministry. Through his diverse life experiences, Robert developed a unique ability to connect with individuals facing struggles. He firmly believes that “with God, all things are possible.”
Commitment to Biblical Study
Since answering his call, Robert has dedicated himself to studying Bible history and context. He holds a Master of Divinity degree, underscoring his commitment to deepening his understanding of Scripture.
Family Life
Robert enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their two children, Weston and Larkin.
