Mission Statement
Our mission is to make every guest feel welcome, special and have a sense of family and belonging. By providing our guest with a warm welcome, unconditional love, a welcome packet with information, times and dates of services, small groups, and names and bios of all of our leaders, our guests will desire to come back repeatedly. For those without a church home, they will want to make Powerhouse Christian Ministries their new home. No matter who you are or where you have been, you are welcome to grow here!
Vision
While most guests will know in the first few minutes if they will return, our vision is to retain, equip, and raise up God’s army by loving those we meet with the love of Christ. This love is the force that pulls and glues people together, by accepting our guests the way they are, showing them around, finding them seats and introducing them to other members. The unconditional love with which guests are welcomed will promote an incredible worship experience, positive association, unity, and guest satisfaction.

Welcome Ministry
Cherline Johnson, enjoys making a first time church visit memorable and enjoyable. During the week, she works as a recruiter for the State of California. In her spare time, Cherline likes to read, hike with her daughter and husband and model. Her love for God and a passion for people is the foundation on which she has built the welcome ministry.
