Embrace Grace
My name is Theresa Perez, I was born and raised in Southern CA. I was one of 5 siblings, the only girl in the middle of 4 brothers. My family attended church regularly and was very involved in church-related activities. Prior to completing high school, I had my first child. My heart is to serve pregnant and parenting teens. I came to Sacramento to pursue my master’s degree in Social Work. Despite my education, I have been a teacher for the past 22 years. I initially supported Home Visitors working with pregnant and parenting teens. I now teach preschoolers. I have been serving the Lord since my 3rd child was born 17 years ago. I love being a part of Powerhouse and serving pregnant women through Embrace Grace.
